2-stage metal daiphragm type precision pressure regulator
Feature
- Because of 2-stage pressure regulation type, outlet pressure is stabilized at all times against drastic change of primary pressure.
- Area of the diaghram is large, so that pressure regulation of high accuracy is available.
- This is designed especially for use for standard gases and high quality gases.
- Fine adjustment of flow rate is available by means of the outlet needle valve.
- Relief valve is provided in each stage. Thus, safety operation is assured.
- Two types of regulators made of stainless steel (Type YS) and brass (Type YB) are available. Type YS is better in corrosion resistance.
- This can be used in wide range from precision analysis such as measurement of vehicle exhaust gas through advanced experiments and researches.

- Pressure gauge indicates cylinder internal pressure.

VOCs-Free Super Precision Pressure Regulator (Special specification)
Features
- Outflow of impurities VOCs from the pressure regulator is eliminated by the "CLEAN MATE treatment".
- By the multiplier effect with the "ENFAS TREATMENT" (patented), adsorption of strong adsorption substances such as acrylonitrile inside the pressure Regulator and the gas piping is prevented.
- The standard diameter of the outlet joint ("A"joint) is 1/8 inchø. A joint of 3 mmø in diameter is enclosed as a spare.
- If needle valves are required on the secondary side, please contact us individually.
- For any super precision pressure regulator having specifications other than those shown above, please contact us.
- Use 3 pressure regulators separately for each of the standard gas, the internal standard gas and the zero gas.Never share a pressure regulator among different types of gas.
- It is recommended to store pressure regulators inside a non-odor room without any smell, and keep pressure regulators away from organic solvents.
