2.Third party provision of personal data

Without the consent of the person concerned, the Company will not provide any third party with personal data retained by the Company except as follows:

2. The handling of personal data is outsourced; provided that in this case, the outsourcee will be required by a contract to ensure adequate safety management, and will be provided with necessary and adequate control and supervision.
3. It is permitted under laws and regulations.

In the area where personal data is handled, the Company controls the access of employees, restricts the equipment they may bring into the area, and implements measures to prevent unauthorized persons from viewing personal data.

Access control is implemented to limit the scope of persons in charge and the personal information database handled.

(7) Understanding the external environment

When storing personal data in a foreign country, the Company implements safety control measures based on its understanding of the system for the protection of personal information in that country.

When so requested by the person concerned, the Company will, without delay, after verification of the person’s identity, make disclosure, correction, addition, deletion, or discontinuance of use or take other steps for retained personal data under laws and regulations.
